At the mercy of William the Conqueror, Lady Ann faces an uncertain future as Norman knights fight for her hand.

Left alone after the death of all the male members of her household at the Battle of Hastings, Lady Ann finds herself at the mercy of William the Conqueror. The King intends to marry his knights to Saxon gentry. Ann becomes a useful if not uncooperative ally by using her ability to speak French to liaise with the terrified Saxon women and their potential husbands. She falls in love with a devastatingly handsome Norman blacksmith only to discover King William has plans for her to marry one of his knights.

Elizabeth M Darcy - Three Things for USA Today

Three of my favorite vacation destinations:

Gold Coast, Queensland Australia. A winter holiday here is wonderful. The temperatures are warm around 23-25 degrees C (about 74 F) and with the blue skies, miles of long white sandy beaches, and mountain ranges, it's hard to beat. There are so many things to do, fabulous restaurants, first-class shopping and theme parks all within 20 minutes of each other. The people in this city are very friendly and relaxed.

Elizabeth M Darcy - Feature for BTSe Magazine

Many of us suffer from what I call “word blindness”. The fact we can read and re-read a manuscript and not notice mistakes is commonplace. The mind interprets the story, as we desire it to be and has the ability to cloak problems. Frequent mistakes are missing words, incorrect spelling, continuity, and dropping into telling.
