Love by the Stroke of Midnight is the first book in a new series by Raven McAllan where we meet the oldest Drummond sibling, Marcail. Things aren’t going well for her in the relationship category, she’s hearing voices—well, one voice, and she’s headed home only to find out that her parents have invited a guest to stay. What’s a woman to do? The story is intriguing and the characters are downright fun with a bit of smexy time thrown in to keep things on the spicy side. It’s pure entertainment with a side of paranormal. Definitely recommended.
