Ellen Newth wrote her first "book" at the age of four. The story was executed in crayon because, at the time, her spelling skills were rather limited. She grew up in Swampscott, Massachusetts (next to the “witchy” town of Salem) and her summers were spent on Lake Winnipesaukee in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. Always intrigued by supernatural phenomena, Ellen studied at the Shin Psychic Center in Boston. Eventually, she relocated to New York City where she experienced her first paranormal encounter. She graduated from Fordham University, College at Lincoln Center with a B.S. in English/Theatre and went on to study acting at the famous HB Studio in Greenwich Village. Never a fan of ice and snow, she now resides in sunny Los Angeles with her rescue dog – a little white Chihuahua named Daisy.
