  Review by Donise Cinnamon

This book certainly captured my imagination and my only regret is that I had not read the first book in the series before reading this one. It can be read as a standalone, but it does end in a sort of cliffhanger. Bonnie is a weaver and a writer and has extra talents that can come in handy or be problematic depending on how you look at it. One day she hears a man's voice in her head and he likes to tease her. She soon meets the owner of the voice in her head and then the adventure begins. Lachlan has lived in limbo for several centuries waiting for the one who can help him finish his quest. He loves sharing thoughts and feelings with Bonnie and he hopes that she will be the one to help him since she is the one who can hear him. Read their story and follow their winding path to what each hopes will be a happy ending. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
