Fun and sexy summer vacation read in a far-flung location (for most of us). Stymied by flight delays, Meg wants to experience in her one remaining day in Cambodia doing all the things she's dreamed of for a lifetime. RJ does, too. Years earlier, they'd planned this trip together. After their broken engagement and six years apart, he's caught up with Meg in Cambodia to spend the precious hours with her. Meg never really got over RJ, so it was fairly easy to discard the "No Sex" rule she'd insisted on when she agreed to spend the day with him. Then she discarded it again. And again.

The chemistry between the two main characters is well drawn. The push and pull, attraction and worry, memories and desires are all handled capably indeed. Ms. Night is to be congratulated.

Altogether the author has demonstrated very well that the sex can advance the plot perfectly as well as demonstrate the natures of the main characters. Kudos to Ms. Night.

A list of the things I loved in Delilah Night’s Capturing the Moment: the vivid scenery, learning a bit about Siem Reap, the yummy photo shoot in Preah Khan, Rachel as matchmaker, and the chemistry between Meg and RJ.

Wow. The heat and chemistry between Meg and RJ sizzles.

Ms. Night clearly understands photography and setting the scene (in more ways than one), plus she’s done her homework on the art, history, and culture of Siem Reap. The book can be read in a couple of hours, but Meg and RJ’s relationship will stick with you.

Overall, this was a great story. The story line flowed well, provided smooth transitions from the past to the present and back to the past. The details were well written and allowed for easy understanding and the ease of visualization.

I enjoyed reading this story. It was a quicker read but was enjoyable and kind of allowed a break for my brain to just let go of life and immerse myself in a story.
